A delightful signed river scene oil painting by sought after local artist William Rodway Barnes (c.1840-1905). Painted in 1903, the picture depicts a thatched cottage by a gently tumbling weir. The artist s hand written notes are shown on the reverse of the canvas. All set in a quality gilt frame.
